Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Glidezo, a sole proprietorship registered in Hong Kong ("Glidezo", "we"), the operator of glidezo.com. By making an account, buying credits or running a skill you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to make an account. You sign in with a link sent to your email or with Google; keep access to that email or Google account safe, because anyone with it can use your account and its credits. One person per account.
Skills
A skill is a ready-made recipe for a video or image. You can run it online on glidezo.com with credits, download it and run it on your own computer with your own provider API key, or use free skills from GitHub under the licence in each repository. Downloaded and GitHub skills are provided as they are; when you run them with your own key, the provider's own terms and prices apply between you and that provider.
Credits
- Credits are bought in packs through Stripe. 100 credits = US$1. Prices include any sales tax or VAT.
- Each online run shows its price in credits before you start it. Credits are held when a run starts and charged only when it succeeds; a failed run releases them, and a broken or blank result reported within 14 days gets its credits back.
- Credits are delivered as soon as you pay. Purchases are final: credits are non-refundable once added, and by ticking the box before checkout you ask for immediate delivery and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. The only money refunds are for double charges, payments whose credits were not delivered, and unused paid credits if we close your account through no fault of yours (see the refund policy).
- Credits don't expire while your account is open. They have no cash value, can't be transferred to another account, and are not a deposit or stored-value product.
- Free runs given at sign-up can only be used on the skills that offer them and can't be exchanged for credits.
What you upload and create
You keep the rights you have in the photos and text you upload. You give us permission to store them and send them to the AI provider that runs the skill, only to produce your result. As far as we're concerned, the results are yours to use, including commercially, subject to these terms and the law. AI output can be inaccurate or similar to other people's output, so check it before you rely on it or publish it.
You must have the rights and permissions for everything you upload, including the consent of every person shown in a photo, and you must follow our content rules. You are responsible for what you create and how you use it.
Our rules for the service
Don't break the law with Glidezo, try to get around credit checks, bot checks or safety filters, overload or attack the service, or resell access to it. We may refuse a run, remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the content rules. If we close your account through no fault of yours, we refund your unused paid credits in money, pro rata at the price you paid for them.
Availability and changes
We run Glidezo with care but can't promise it is always available or error-free. Skills, models and prices change as AI providers change theirs; the price of a run is the one shown when you start it. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we'll email you about material changes before they apply.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
