Privacy Policy

Glidezo, a sole proprietorship registered in Hong Kong is responsible for the personal data described here. We collect only what we need to run the service, we don't sell it, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we collect and why

• Account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. Used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
• Purchases: the pack, amount, tax and date of each purchase, and your confirmation that credits are non-refundable (with its time). Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store your card number.
• Runs: the photos and text you send to a skill, the result, the price and the run's status. Used to make your result, show your history and return credits when a run fails.
• Creator waitlist: if you join it, your email address and, if you write one, what you would build. Used only to tell you about the creator program.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and fixing errors.

The legal bases are performing our contract with you (account, purchases, runs), our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working (technical data, bot checks), and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

Services that process your data

• Cloudflare: hosting, file storage, request logs, email forwarding and the Turnstile bot check on free runs and the creator waitlist.
• Supabase: sign-in and our database (United States).
• Stripe: payments, tax calculation and receipts.
• Resend: sending sign-in emails.
• Google: Google sign-in, if you choose it.
• Sume: the AI provider that runs online skills; it receives the photos and text of a run to make the result.

These services may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We use providers that protect it with contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos: deleted automatically 7 days after upload.
• Run results and run history: while your account is open, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (in Hong Kong, at least 7 years).
• Creator waitlist: until the creator program opens and we have told you, or until you ask us to remove you.
• Request logs: a few days.

Cookies

We set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Turnstile and Stripe Checkout may use their own strictly necessary cookies for security. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailingsupport@glidezo.com. We answer within 30 days. Deleting your account deletes your uploads, results and account data; we keep purchase records the law requires. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Hong Kong, the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data).

Changes

If we change this policy, the date above changes, and we email you about material changes. Glidezo isn't meant for children and we don't knowingly collect their data.
