- Free: renders on your computer
A listing slideshow is the quickest video an agent can post: the photos already exist, and buyers scroll past still images faster than moving ones. This skill makes that video for you. Give your coding agent the photos and the listing facts, and it renders an MP4 with an opening card, one shot per room and a closing card with the price and your contact details.
What the video looks like
- Opening card. The first photo (use the front of the home) with a tag line such as “Just listed”, the address, the town and the price.
- One shot per room. Each photo gets about three seconds with a slow pan and zoom, a crossfade into the next one, and an optional room label.
- Closing card. Price, address, beds, baths and floor area, then your name, phone and brokerage, over the first photo again.
It comes in landscape for listing sites and YouTube, portrait for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, and square for feeds. An accent colour and a music track of your own are optional.
How it works
- Download the skill and put it in your agent’s skills folder (the steps are above).
- Ask, for example: “Make a listing slideshow from the photos in ./photos for 1428 Linden Avenue, $849,000, 4 beds, 3 baths, portrait for Instagram.”
- The agent writes a
listing.json, checks a few still frames, and renders the video with HyperFrames on your computer.
Why a code video for listings
The price, address and phone number are typed text, not something an AI model draws, so they are always spelled right. Change the price after a reduction and render again: everything else stays the same. Nothing leaves your computer, and there is no cost per video.
Questions
- Is the real estate slideshow maker free?
- Yes. The skill is free to download, and the video is rendered on your own computer by HyperFrames, which is open source. There is no API key and no charge per video.
- What do I need to run it?
- Node.js 22 or newer, FFmpeg, and a coding agent such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. HyperFrames downloads its own headless Chrome the first time it renders.
- How long is the video and how long does it take to make?
- About 4 seconds for the opening card, 3 seconds per photo and 4 seconds for the closing card, so five photos make 20 seconds. Our 20-second 1080p sample took about 1.5 minutes to render on a 4-core computer.
- Can I post it on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube Shorts?
- Yes. Pick the portrait format for a 1080x1920 video. The text sits above the bottom of the frame, where those apps put their buttons and captions.
- Does it change or enhance my photos?
- No. It crops each photo to fill the frame and adds a slow pan, but the photo itself is not edited. If your photos were virtually staged, label them as your market asks.
- Can it run online on Glidezo?
- Not yet. Code video skills are download-only until our render server is built. Online runs will use the same template.
